    • Slippery
I like it overall. What I don't like is that as a tablet its so slippery you need 3 hands to hold and use it. The kickstand makes more sense as part of a cover than part of the tablet itself. Screen quality is good.

    • Ordered SB7 because wanted 1TB and SB7+ wasn’t available with 1TB.
Got a 7+. — very happy. They should update their description to include the 7+ processor.

    • The worst device I've ever owned
This is by far the worst device I've ever owned. Right out of the box I encountered issues. The screen would flicker sporadically while charging. The battery didn't seem to last all that long. The bluetooth wouldn't connect to any devices. I reported these issues to Microsoft. They claimed that updates would fix these issues. This was untrue. The device deteriorated quickly. The system tray disappeared. It would shut down randomly. It would heat up and the battery would drain even while sleeping. Every update seemed to make it slower. I exhausted every troubleshooting measure. Microsoft told me to reinstall Windows. I did. It didn't help. All the same issues reoccurred. Perhaps this device was just a lemon. Even so, it doesn't speak well of the quality control at Microsoft. ... show more
