I bought this refurbished product on Amazon.com from Regency Technologies. It stopped working after 5 months of use. As far as I can tell it is stuck in what's called a "boot loop". I reached out to Regency Technologies and they replied that there is nothing they could do as their warranty is only good for 90 days. They could have offered repairs at a fair price.
