The media could not be loaded. Works great! I bought for my job. The only reason 4 out of 5 is because when I bought it used it was suppose to be in perfect condition. There was burn out on the screen and when I contacted the company they work more than welling to work with me on a solution. Battery life is not the greatest, it last for a couple hours but nothing like a normal tablet would get, at least not mine. But usually its plugged in so I don't have to worry about that. It did come with a wall charger and keyboard and I was not expecting that. The design is modern and looks great. The touchscreen works perfect and I've never had any issue with it at all. I haven't noticed any new scratches or marks so it is pretty durable. Overall great value for your money. I would be more than happy to purchase again. ... show more

Purchased an excellent condition pro 7 and came as described. A few very small wear spots on the edge, tiny dirt in the plastic seems but that was it. Screen is excellent with a perfectly placed protective film. Back cover excellent. Came with Windows 10 Pro and was able to upgrade to 11 Pro. I was very scared of what condition the device would arrive in, either from the seller or from the shipping carrier. I am very happy so far. Will update if that changes. ... show more

This Surface Pro was listed with "Windows 10 Pro" as its operating system, which is why I bought it. The PC arrived with Windows 11. For some legacy software, I need Windows 10, so I returned it. Otherwise, it's likely an excellent PC for the money.

This product is clean and well maintained, it did not come with a pen. The keyboard its self it neat, a bit word on the mouse pad and the backing is peeling as well. It's over all function has been well, aside from connecting to the internet. There are a few nics on it and the screen slightly scratched, but it works well this far.
