The order of this refurbished Surface Pro 6 exceeded my expectations. The Surface Pro 6 that I ordered was listed as acceptable. I expected it to arrive with the paint chipped, dents and scratched up. The Surface Pro 6 arrived looking flawless, the only thing this had was a single scratch on the screen. The scratch is not noticeable. The only reason I noticed the scratch is because I was looking for why they labeled this refurbished Surface Pro acceptable. I have not had any freezing issues or anything negative to say about this Surface. I am able to run Linux VM's on it with no issues. All actions are snappy and highly responsive. I was a bit skeptical about buying a second hand surface pro. I use one for work and fell in love with it. That's why I wanted one for personal use. The shipping was delayed due to weather, but I was patient and I'm happy I didn't cancel my order. My work surface pro is a 7+. I bought a 6 because of the cost and the fact that there was not a huge difference between models. That said, I don't regret waiting a few more days, and I have updated the device to the more secure windows 11. I know that if I have issues with it, Amazon will facilitate a replacement in a timely manner. I recommend this product, and I recommend buying from this company. ... show more

I was surprised by the price. This was about $100 cheaper than the other ones I saw. I was needing to get this product quickly because I was starting school soon. I am very disappointed with this product. This seemed like a good product at first. I realized very quickly the touchscreen wasn't working. I looking into how to troubleshoot it. I tried several different things and it didn't work. I factory reset it and sent it back. I ended up ordering a different one, about $100 more than this one. Much better! I could tell as soon as I started my device up that this one was a fraud. Sometimes cheaper does not mean it's better. I do not recommend this product. I don't appreciate being scammed. The surface pro 6 works great and hasn't shown any issues. Since this device is renewed, I expected it not to look like new. There were more than a dozen minor scraps all over the device. It also comes with a metallic like skin on the back (which I removed as I did not like the look and feel). If you didn't know the Surface Pro 6 was a nearly 5 year old tablet (at the time of this review), well you'd never know it was a nearly 5 year old tablet. As clean and fast as anything else I've used. Really the only modern thing this tablet lacks is a USB-C port. And Windows 11 if you care about that, which I'm perfectly happy leaving it on 10. As for the tablet itself from the seller, it was in like-new condition. No damage or blemishes, clean Windows install, overall a great deal for a good Surface tablet. ... show more

I was looking for something small and extremely portable for photo processing. It needed to be powerful enough to run Adobe Photoshop and this surface pro really fit the bill. I can take it with me on my shoots and easily upload the photos so my clients can see them. Editing is a breeze as well. I know there are plenty of laptops out there that photographers use for editing, but being on a strict budget and needing something very light I figured I would give this a try. The graphics are great, the touch screen is very useful and the color and clarity is fantastic. Even if you just wanted to use this as a tablet or for something else, it has a myriad of uses.
