    • New Condition. Very nice Tablet. Great value.
This was a great purchase. As far as I could tell, it was in new condition. It's responsive. The screen has very nice detail and color. The battery life is good.

    • Not worthy of purchasing. Way to many issues
This tablet even though it's been reformatted, it sucks. The battery only last maybe about an hour, so with that being said it has to be charged all the time. The Wi-Fi sucks and had to buy another adapter because once you're more than 15 ft away from the router. Connection is very unstable. On startup, it takes forever to load up. Then when it finally does and you're trying to enter your pass key. The screen doesn't always respond and makes it extremely hard to try to log in. I've had cheaper tablets for Android that runs so much smoother than this Microsoft surface pro 4. This surface pro 4 reminds me of logging into the internet with dial up. The condition of the tablet was decent the cost of the tablet in my opinion with the way it works. Not worthy. Yes it is touch sensitive but doesn't make a difference if it doesn't perform properly. I'm going to get a hold of support, even though I think it could be a waste of time. I'm pretty sure they won't be able to fix anything on it. From the very beginning I already reformatted. I will always reformat something that I purchased from amazon. You can't trust some sellers out there. I don't know who else is bought this product but I certainly think it was just a waste of money ... show more

    • Not bad at all for the price
So far so good. Battery charges 100% and it’s fast for being 10 years old. Super fast delivery and item is not immaculate because has a little scuffle in the back here and there but it’s about 98 % percent pristine.

    • Works great
This is the first surface tablet pc I have owned. It booted up fast. Looks very clean can not till it is refurbished. Functions perfect for my needs. Excellent value it runs windows 11 pro easily. Works well as a tablet but shines with a keyboard and pen. Update to my review. I bought a second one for the house because we love it so much. Definitely recommend. ... show more

    • not the best tablet
Love the tablet look and feel but hate the glitchyness and freezing up. Battery is garbage, literally have to plug in every 1/2 hour

    • Poor quality refurbishment
Should have trusted the negative reviews on this one. Battery holds a charge for about an hour and this surface is very buggy and slow. Sounds like I got one that somebody had previously sent back. I’d stay away from this one. I have bought a refurbished laptop in the past from Amazon and it works great. This is pretty much only useful as an expensive portable second display. I will say that the screen and body were in good shape. I just wish functionality and usability were where they should be. This was purchased for the sole purpose of taking notes in meetings and it couldn’t even handle that. ... show more
