I upgraded to this laptop after owning a surface pro 6 for years. I love the speed of this thing, and its sleek design. It is light but not too small. I also love the fingerprint recognition. And the touch screen? Forget about it. Perfectly seamless. My only problem unfortunately is the battery life, as it drains like crazy. Even on battery saver mode (which is a must to have on always) it does very little to help. One thing I don't see many people talk about is how the power button (and finger recognition key) is the only key with a light, and its bright. I fear that is where most of the battery is being drained, as I really only use chrome. It is a definite must to always carry the charger for this, and uninstall any apps you know you definitely wont be using. Despite all of that, it is a seamless laptop and I love it a lot. UPDATE: Okay so I think this was something faulty that was happening with the sensor light staying on, because after I updated the laptop it now stays off. I also keep the night light on and battery saver on, so I wonder if that also maybe had a hand in it. Now, the battery remains more stable and longer than before, so I recommend trying those things if you run into a similar problem like me. ... show more

this laptop exactly not feeling like new. it has visible scratches on top. Has deffects on screen, such as light marks and etc. biometric is not working. also it has the bitlocker, so I can't reach some system parameters.
