    • Buyer Alert: Surface Laptops Locked to Company Credentials
I am an IT professional, and I struggled tremendously with these Surface laptops because they are locked to a specific company. Despite attempting to install Windows six times and performing a full PC factory reset, the system continuously prompted me to log in with a Sabre email, indicating that these computers are restricted to internal use within the organization they were originally designated for. It appears that the attractive pricing of these laptops is due to their inability to function outside their intended corporate environment. Unfortunately, nothing I tried could bypass these restrictions. Therefore, I strongly advise against purchasing these computers from this seller unless you have access to the required company credentials. **UPDATE: after reaching out to the company that sells these, I was able to get one that works perfectly. They said it was not “them” who was responsible for this issue (which seems a bit finger pointy), but the new one received is great! That said, 3 stars for the total pain with the first one we received. ... show more

Bought it for work and with not even a month using it the screen turns black after 30 seconds of it being on. Tried all troubleshooting and still not working. Shameful
