** Update 6/15/2020 ** Still love these headphones as much, if not more, than when I first got them. I use these exclusively for my now permanent work-at-home situation. I love how they can transition seamlessly from listening to Spotify via Bluetooth on my phone, to taking a Microsoft Teams call from my laptop. No need to change settings or switch anything over -- it all happens automatically as long as it's an approved connected device. --- Was not sure about buying refurbished headphones, but didn't want to splurge the full price. Had I not known they were refurbished, I wouldn't have been able to tell. Not a single cosmetic scratch or scrape. Turned out to be a great purchase. I have three kids. Two under five years old, and I can attest that the noise cancelling is the perfect amount. Enough to block out the noise, but not so much as to block out the sound of screaming when my one-year-old bites my three-year-old and my assistance is needed with haste. These are incredibly comfortable. Not too heavy and perfect padding around the ears. I've worn for entire workdays on more than a few occasions now and they are wonderful. One of my favorite features is the easy and smooth transition between devices. I can be listening to music on my computer and then get a phone call on my phone and the transition is seamless, and then when I hang up from the call my Spotify kicks back in automatically. The charge is great. A full charge lasts about 18 hours, and I've seen no deterioration in this. The Bluetooth connection is solid. I love these headphones! Bose definitely lives up to the name with these headphones. I work a lot at a hospital and these are the perfect headphones for it. They are so light and comfortable it doesn’t feel like you have anything on. The sound is great! The only thing I feel could be a little better is the bass but it’s still pretty decent. I didn’t see noise cancellation as a feature when I purchased these but it definitely sounds like it has it. The battery life is great! I have only charged them once and have used them for hours and I’m still on 80%. I also saved money by getting these through the Amazon refresh program. If they hadn’t told me they had been used I would have never known. ... show more

I have had these for years and they still work they connec to multiple devices. They have a wonderful sound. They are comfortable, battery last a long time, the side buttons lasted a long time but I use them and one of them is stuck. It worth the price in every way.

I like these headphones, the sound is amazing, my son has beats, but to much bass the middle and highs aren’t there! But these Bose is all around mix of great sound, I listen to Rock, country, and a little pop, my songs in heavy metal that plays with orchestra best quality sound!
