It has been a while since I last had a laptop and they have come a long way. This particular unit (Microsoft Surface 2) has an Intel i7, 16 GB of RAM and 500 GB of SSD. It also has a nice large beautiful touchscreen and a track pad too. It only has one USB 3.0 slot but it hardly needs wires. It has a nice full size keyboard with good feedback. I am more than pleased that it automatically updated to Windows 11 pro. I hope that it will run for a long time. After a month or so, I noticed that the battery is not very good and only lasts a few hours and not the 12-14 hours of advertised power. This is not a big deal to me because I use it with the power connected most of the time. Just be aware that it could be an issue ... show more

I got this computer and it came in good condition but it did not give me the option to login and it was under a company login. It only gave me the option the put a company email and no other Microsoft login. I have bought refurbished things before but nothing like this has happened before. Everything is intact and fine. The system operates nicely. There is some dust on the fan exhaust though, I hope they had been cleaned.

Receive it and it came in original packaging and you wouldn't know the difference between new and renewed, Very happy about that. Just fired it up and im disappointed that its Windows 10 Home operating system vs. Win10 Pro. I guess its not stated which but wanted everyone to know.
