This mirror is gorgeous and I was soo excited when I opened it. That’s about where the excitement ended however. First, the mirror itself has warped glass so the image is distorted. Kinda defeats the purpose. Next, when trying to hang it, the holes for hooks in the back were just so slightly crooked, that hanging it as is was just impossible.     • Poorly Constructed
First mirror was shattered, replacement arrived with mirror in one piece but broken away from frame. No backing for mirror. Had to use part of the shipping box to cut out backing in order to attach mirror. Frame is nice and as pictured, but shabby construction of entire mirror.

    • I would like to "exchange" the mirror because the image is waffled. Not sure how to do an exchange.
The mirror does not show a true image...it makes us look waffled. Please let me know how to exchange it for one with a clear mirror. Thank you!!
