My initial unit would not allow utilization of an onscreen keyboard. My replacement unit came with more physical damage than my initial unit and stopped taking a charge within months while always being unbearably slow. Would highly NOT recommend.

    • Nice Unit, Just Not For Me
I should have done more research before I purchased this. My husband’s briefcase got stolen and I had to replace his surface. Who’d have thought it would be so much fun replacing everything in it? And the briefcase, too? Anyway. This was delivered in excellent condition. In fact, the only way I could tell it wasn’t new was that it didn’t have a peel-off cover on the screen. It wasn’t even in S mode, which was very helpful. If it would have been able to take a SIM card I’d have kept it and hopefully someone could have helped me figure a way to get it to do an rdp. It’s easy enough on a mac. Really, the refurbisher did a very nice job. I hope this is helpful to someone. ... show more
