EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED! Microsoft is such a trash company, and amazon enables them, to move more garbage than most. Why, I keep thinking it will be different this time, is the mentality, of an abusive relationship. If apple or Google had any kind of photo functionality, I wouldn't deal with Microsoft. As bad as Microsoft is with Photos; Apple and Google are far Worse. Surface Pro 7 renewed, Lasted a couple of weeks! now its another broken device, presented as renewed! Stop believing Amazon! This store sells crap. Absolute useless garbage! Screen has a DNA sequencing mess that moves across the screen however and whenever it wants! So much for Amazon Lies, about renewed refurbished. I haven't had much luck buying "refurbished" or "renewed" when it comes to tablets this being my 9th over the past few years forcing me to try apple. Apples ipad customization and settings is as deep as frisbee, and no sim card, android is never an option. Update: I STILL HAVEN'T HAD ANY LUCK WITH AMAZON REFURBISHED/RENEWED! I can set this tablet up and customize it to do exactly what I want it to do. expandable storage, is a big plus. Am done with iPads. BACK TO IPAD!! HATE MICROSOFT ... show more
