Large hard drive, newer faster processor, double the ram. Well worth it. Only problem is I bought the business edition and rather than windows 10 pro edition it came with home edition. I messaged them and the sent me the product code within 2 days to upgrade.

This is the third Surface Pro I have had (I break them, my fault). Excellent machine for home and business. I had a problem with my order. The way Deal Road responded shows they are a first class outfit. Thank you, Deal Road. I would buy again from you in a minute.

    • Surface did not come with stated specifications
The surfaces I purchased did not have the Windows 10 Professional OS installed as stated in the item specifications on the listing. I will update my review if this issue can be resolved. Please provide me with the correct product key for Windows 10 Pro. UPDATE: The Company responded the same day I reached out and rectified the situation. They refunded the $100 license cost for each machine. The surfaces are great and as described. I would have put 5 stars if the machines came with the correct product key in the first place.     • Fast, slick and so easy to set up
Since this is a Microsoft product, it was extremely easy to set up. With my previous computer, I had to work on two computers for about a month, before I could switch. With the Surface, it took just a few minutes! It’s fast, slick, light weight and I love it!

I should have read the reviews, my new unit does not have Windows 10 Pro, as advertised. It states you need to the Amazon Seller, which I did but it will take 2 or 3 days to respond. If you need 10 Pro, don't buy this unit.

I would have been better off with an IPad or something else . It freezes out of nowhere, Voice recognition is not good at all when voice typing , it takes longer than normal to load when I’m watching videos on YouTube and the battery dies too soon. I have great WiFi service , and voice typing into my phone or even my old laptop works perfect so I know it’s not me lol I have to speak to this tablet like a robot and even still it doesn’t type things correctly all the time ... show more
