Excellent product and love that it’s made with coconut oil so that one already has the ‘fat’ recommended for absorption. I will be repurchasing! Good value, no taste (just a faint scent of coconut) Vitamin d & k2 levels seem great.

I’m vitamin D deficient. Was told by my primary care to supplement 5,000 iud a day. I bought these since the K2 helps your body absorb the vitamin D better. They are coconut oil capsules. Super tiny, easy to swallow. I take it with orange juice to help it absorb even more. No side effects, no upset tummy and no nasty burps! Highly recommend.

Love these the quality is great also it’s a good value. I’ve never had a problem with them upsetting my stomach. And the taste is fine I only taste the coconut but I don’t mind it.

Great to take daily if you need to up your vitamin D. Finally got mine in a good and normal range. The K2 is needed to properly absorb it better. A friend recommended it and it has really helped. It worked! So glad to find it.

You can spend countless hours reading reviews and doing research on trying to determine if certain brands are safe and effective, or you can buy Micro Ingredients and sleep peacefully at night knowing you made the right choice! It's always best to work with your doctor and at minimum have baseline labs. If you cannot, or do not want to, that's fine too. Do what's best for you! If you're trying to figure out what in the heck K2 is and does...this is probably the right review to read. Most people only take Vitamin D3 and may not even be sure of the dose. I'm not here to give you medical advice on how much, or when to take it. My goal is to persuade you to buy Micro Ingredients because they don't cut corners and their products are potent, effective and safe. Vitamin K2 is paired with Vitamin D3 to act like a GPS in the body. In simplicity, D3 optimizes Calcium metabolism and K2 helps to ensure that the Calcium gets deposited into the bones instead of the arteries. Hence, you get D3+K2. I will add that this is also made with Coconut Oil vs Sunflower or other types of fatty acids. D3 and K2 are both fat-soluble vitamins and coconut oil acts as a HEALTHY fat carrier that helps to enhance bioavailability. Overall, if you're looking for a Vitamin D supplement, you literally cannot go wrong with this brand or this vitamin combination. Also, you cannot beat price for the quantity you receive.
