I did a lot of researching and reading reviews. I will admit I was very nervous. Once I started building the bundle. It was a breeze. I plugged it in turned on the power and everything loaded perfectly. The only thing I had to do was reload Windows 11 using USB. Next time I build a PC I will 100% use Ryzen and MSI motherboard. Thanks for making first build easy.

This bundled mother board is not compatible with the CPU. The BIOS needs to be flashed in order to work with the 5 4500 they offer with this motherboard, In order to flash the motherboard you need a 3000 series or lower! The seller, Micro Center, Inc., does not state this in the description. I contacted them and they tried to blame it on MSI (Micro Star International) and told me to contact them which I did but as they stated....they produce the product and sell it to Micro Center and how Micro Center bundles it is up to them. Micro Center told me to take it to one of their locations which for me would be 4 hours away. I told them that would be impossible as I am on oxygen and cannot make that trip, also, why should I have to.....your bundle should be sold as compatible! They told me to contact their technical support which I did on 11/29/2024 and was told someone would contact me in 24 hours....it is 12/5/2024 and I still have not heard from them! Since it is being sold as a bundle but the bundle is not compatible which means this is fraudulent, it is false advertising! DO NOT BUY

While I am pleased with the overall quality of the motherboard and CPU themselves, the bundle leaves a lot to be desired; there are no instructions which indicate the fact that the CPU mounting brackets installed on this board from the factory are not compatible with the cooler included, and have to be removed. Anyone not comfortable with removing the brackets, and putting some very gnarly pressure on the spring-loaded Wraith cooler screws, should beware. Also beware that if you have more than one case fan you will require a fan hub, or to Jerry rig a fan cable together.

The CPU is perfect for a budget build, but the motherboard needed a bios update to support it. so I needed to buy a 3000 series RYZEN 3 CPU to update the bios. Overall great choice for a budget if you have a 3000 series laying around.

This Ryzen 5 based system offers and affordability for an office system and those NOT looking for a gaming system. That is not a deficiency just a fact. This system with a video adapter added should perform well in any office environment. If you want to use for gaming you will need a much higher performing video adapter and perhaps more memory.

Ordered their AMD motherboard combo, wouldn't boot, received the replacement, wouldn't boot. I've built pc's for almost 30 years. returned the second dead combo to the UPS store on Sunday April 7th. On April 17th I received an email saying Inland had received my return. (they actually got it on the 10th.) On April 18th I got an email saying my money would be back on my card in 3-5 days. Interesting, when I purchased it they took my money IMMEDIATELY. They must be run by the government. I will not buy another item if it is coming from Inland Micro Center.
