Description

When the MICHELIN Commander II tire was released it set the standard in terms of tire life, almost doubling the life that consumers would see from its competitors. In addition to long tire life, Michelin has incorporated MICHELIN Amplified Density Technology (ADT) which increases responsiveness. Commissioned third party tests conducted in 2011 on public roads comparing MICHELIN Commander II tires, Metzeler ME880, and Dunlop D407/D408 tires in sizes 130/80B17 and 180/65B16. Individual results may vary depending on motorcycle type and operating conditions.

I think I get good service out of these tires. They last me 4 or 5 years. Been running this brand for awhile now. Will buy again and reccomend these to anyone. 9/21/2021 Up date on the tire I just bought. I've rode one time because I work out of town. Bikes been in storage. After one ride, tire is split in center all the way around it. I've reached out to place I purchased it from, and I'm still waiting to see what they intend to do. Not sure on how long it will last but off rip this thing looks immaculate, and is by far the most grippy tire i have ridden and definitely made wheelies 40% easier to get up on my sporty so far totally worth the extra wallet cheese

    • Great tire for a good price, would buy again.
Now that I've put some time and miles on these, I'm absolutely loving these tires. Great grip and tracking, that respond well in turns, tight or long, weather and pavement doesn't bother it. Brushes water out of the way, quickly gets rid of dirt or other debris that might have got caught in the treads. ... show more
