I have a smart home with HomeKit and while Homekit isn't advertised on the product, the app has a homekit button. Regardless, the bulb doesn't turn on out of box and it won't sync with the app on android or IOS, so I ask for help and support tells me they can't help me until I update the firmware, but to update the firmware I have to connect to the app. Hahah.     • Great price comparing to competitors
I wanted to turn off the lights without getting off of bed, but after seeing the name brands (philips, etc) being priced so ridiculously high, I looked into Xiaomi. I’ve always have a positive experience with xiaomi appliances, and although still expensive for a lightbulb (hence the 4 stars) it worked great. It has all the RGB function as well as an easy to use app. Unlike smaller indie brands, I don’t think Xiaomi will go out of business in recent years which means the app will be updated. ... show more
