I had been on the fence about single dose coffee bean storage tubes due to the fact that it’s not a necessity but more of a convenience; yet when I saw that MHW-3BOMBER released this product I pulled the trigger and purchased. I have an at home coffee bar, using the breville touch espresso machine. Coffee enthusiasts recommend doing single dose shots and on the breville touch it is no exception so this product is convenient so I just pre dose into the tubes and I’m ready for the next 8 coffees I make. The reason I purchased was because of the great wood finish this product has along with the included hopper (which is a plus so I don’t fumble or struggle putting the exact dose of beans in) and also the great one way exhaust valve feature on this product. The tubes are plastic which to some might deter them away, especially at the price point, but I believe it’s a good thing since if they fall (especially during cleaning) I won’t have to worry about them breaking so easy. The build quality is always exceptional which MHW-3BOMBER products and this product is exactly that. Everything feels sturdy. The fitment of the hopper into the tubes is perfect so I can rest assured when pouring the beans in. I added 18g of beans into these tubes and although it mentions 20-26g of beans, these 18g fit without an issue and still has the look of the tube being full enough. It looks great and is an amazing addition to my at home coffee bar. I always recommend MHW-3BOMBER.

I am by no means a coffee connoisseur, nor do I even consider myself a coffee enthusiast. In fact, I'm a novice when it comes to "the art of coffee". Because I'm the only avid daily coffee drinker, I make so many single dose coffee brews. This is ideal just for that. I can prep my weekly coffee doses, each measured out to my heart's content, and then, it's all set for when the brewing magic happens. I like this because you can also use an assortment of beans based on roast type, bean type, etc. The tubes are plastic, but I think that was a purposeful thought into the design because they are made to be handled frequently, so it prevents people from accidentally breaking or dropping them. This would also make a great gift for any "coffee aficionado" or "cofdee Superfan". The craftsmanship of the wood is impeccable & the design & aethetic look on the counter is very classy. I would say it's a bit pricey, but that's my personal opinion since I just "dabble" in the art of coffee. These do make it convenient to have everything all measured & prepped for the week.

This has made my morning routine much faster! They rinse out easily and cleanly, but they take a little while to dry. The tubes do scratch as well which is super disappointing, but that leads to my only complaint for the price they should absolutely be glass. Other that that I really do like using them and the whole kit is very high quality.

This is one of those fancy novelty items you get for the person in your life that is OBSESSED with coffee, like my partner. We have a section Partitioned just for coffee in our kitchen and this looks fantastic there and he does use it every day but I can't don't really think that this is very practical for the normal run of the mill coffee drinker. The quality is high end and the design is beautiful. Impressive construction and makes for an unusual but sophisticated gift for those bean buffs or java junkies in your life.

I'll say it right now; this is expensive and if I didn't get it for free, I wouldn't have gotten it. I love coffee, but I don't think I'm at "this" level of love yet. The thing is, after a bit of research it looks like single dose sets like this are not much cheaper, and some don't even have one-way valves (what a scandal.) This is the reason I feel like I "have" to give it a 5/5, since I cannot find anything majorly wrong with this. It is beautiful, with a sturdy base, and hefty metal support construction that feels like it would take considerable effort to bend. Which is weird since it looks like mine might actually be a bit bent? The product photos make the metal support arm look as though its parallel to the ground/flat, whereas mine is slightly upward-facing. Since this came so well-boxed, I can't tell how that may have happened, so I'm going to chalk it up to "that's what its supposed to look like." I don't mind it, and it doesn't impact the function. I have not had beans in these for a month to test the valve's efficacy, but I can say when closing the tubes there was a nice little hiss There's really not a lot I can say, since this is a very "form-centric" item. Do you like how it looks and don't mind the price? Then get it. Seems expensive to me, but other single dose tubes out there aren't much cheaper, and don't always have one-way valves or perfectly nesting funnels & holders. 5/5, I couldn't really complain if I tried.

Gifted this to my son in law who is very into his coffee! I mean he's got it right down to a science as far as the temperature the length of time you brew the type of water when you grind the beans it's a lot of information that he puts into making a perfect cup of coffee and when I saw these I thought these would be perfect for him. And they are perfect for him! He loves them, he is so into coffee and this is the perfect gift for any coffee lover in your life!!
