We LOVE the color, texture, and the practicality of this couch. The seating/cushioning is VERY firm. I personally prefer firm over squishy and hope this will translate to a long seating life without unsightly sagging. PROS: Easy assembly! Storage chaise stays up while you rummage (we put DVDs and console games in ours). Accent pillow has zipper to wash. Fabric sppears good quality. Sleeper extension raises flush with other cushions, so no weird seam/gap or movement when you sleep. My 4yo loves hiding in the nook made when you have it as a couch and also making it into a bed so we can video games or watch a movie on the weekend. CONS: It is VERY firm. If you want a comfy/soft couch - don't pick this one. The sleeper pullout can sometimes be a little testy if you do not pull on both straps equally. So if you have kids that may be pulling/pushing it often, this may not be a be wise match... and if you have cats as we do, they WILL hide in the nook behind the adjustable backing. Definitely not disappointed in this couch. I was given a five day delivery window, and it arrived on day two of that window. It came in two large boxes and the FedEx driver was able to manage both boxes on his own without the use of a handtruck. The couch arrived as expected. I love the color, I was concerned with purchasing a blue couch online, but this did not disappoint. I will say that it is smaller than I anticipated, but It is not the fault of the manufacturer, just simply my inability to picture how big it would actually be based off of the measurements. We have a small apartment and this fits beautifully. It was relatively easy to assemble with the exception of hooking the chaise portion to the remainder of the couch. I bought by review and price. Thought it would be comfortable, sturdy, somehow not so hard... Well. The boxes are HEAVY and you can't assemble alone. With that being said, my husband and I proceeded. Putting the arms together is a nightmare. It's not a smooth fit, it's like there's "fluffyness" from the couch and you have to fight it to clip the arms. Sitting on it isn't comfortable - it's to hard (ironically, sleeping is comfortable). There are no holes for the stands, so we had to do it by hand. Last but not least, I have a small lazy pug dog that loves laying down on places (he's not active at all). Just from walking on the couch the linen is already destroyed. ... show more

Customer services worked with me to get my purchase refunded and that is why the three stars. They were responsive and in the end after several messages back and forth, I was able to get a refund. Please read the return policy, you will be required to return it in the original boxes and you pay shipping, unless the product is damages or broken. This product looks pretty, but is not comfortable and hurt my back. It is also very difficult to assemble. ... show more

We purchased this couch for a bedroom turned media room for our kiddo. It's well put together, sturdy and works well when converting to the bed. My only "issue" is that the fasteners for the arms of the couch were so tight, that they only went in halfway... we had to make adjustments in order for them to slide in better. Matching the fasteners on each side of the piece was a bit of a challenge, but we got it done. :) We love the finished product. The kid has been using it every day since assembly. We have joined in for a few movie nights as well. :) ... show more

It looks nice and it's comfortable too. When putting it together I needed my wife's help. So I suggest you have two people when putting it together. They made this sofa with lounge very different to put together but very ingenious as well. That's why I say when you hook up the different pieces together it will stay together which is the most important part. It takes a bit of elbow grease (meaning strength) but once it's hooked up it is satisfying to just lounge around on it knowing that it won't come apart. Haven't used it as a bed so far so I don't know what it's like to unhook it. ... show more

I absolutely love my new couch! I did have one bracket that was missing a couple screws so it wasn’t properly attached. And the pull out part sticks when trying to put it away. But otherwise it’s very comfortable, works great, and is perfect for my smaller living room! Definitely worth the price!
