    • Love the extension feature and comfort of chairs, but the chairs have some negatives

The table looks great and was easy to assemble. The ability to extend the table is a big plus and we leave it extended most of the time. The chairs took several hours to assemble, removing multiple layers of wrapping and requiring many bolts, and needing two people to balance them. The chairs are very comfortable with a slight rocking feature. However, the chairs are heavy and somewhat difficult to move/slide. The cushion bottoms can be tied to the chair, but the cushion backs are free floating with no attachment, and fall forward in the slightest breeze. The chairs are about 2-3 inches too low for the table (or the table is too tall for the chairs). It feels like I'm a little kid sitting at the grownup table when I lean forward to eat. ... show more

Let me start by saying I only write reviews if a product and Customer Service is amazing or terrible. #1-This product had one rating and no reviews. Which made me extremely hesitant to purchase this patio set. #2-The photo does not do this patio set justice. This patio set is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is heavy duty! The chairs and cushions are extremely comfortable. I love the fact that the leaf is built into the table. I purchased the Burgundy. #3- The patio set arrived with the table in one box and four boxes with two chairs in each box. #4-I suggest you definitely purchase for the set to be assembled. #5-Once the patio set was put together, I did a look over and noticed some surface scratches and dents. Even though these were minor it was upsetting because the set is so expensive. It was obvious this occurred during manufacturing. #6-I contacted Amazon customer service and I was put in contact with the seller. The seller reached out to me immediately and requested photos which I emailed. #7-The seller was extremely quick responding once the photos were received. #8-After some negotiation the seller refunded me $425.00. #9-I would absolutely purchase from this seller again. ... show more
