I really like this bench however it was missing the cap for the arm that prevents moisture from getting in. Contacted seller who did finally get back to me and will be sending me the cap. If the cap wasn't missing I would have given 5 stars as it seems sturdy, is nice looking and was relatively easy to assemble. Can't wait to put it in the garden once I receive the cap.

The media could not be loaded. Bought another bench for the purpose of extra seating, relaxation and to enjoy peaceful moments in our backyard. Took me 20 minutes to put it together. But once it was assembled, the bench looked very sturdy and comfortable that even my dog in the photo agrees. There was not much information about the assembly but it was a breeze doing it, even my 10 year old daughter was able to understand and was able to help in putting it together. The package came in a big box. It was secured properly as all individual parts were covered in bubble wrap. There were no missing parts, no dents nor scratches on the metal bars. The bench looked simple but elegant with the curlicues design at the backrest. The metal slats are all smooth in dark black finish. Once assembled, it was sturdy enough to carry the weigh of me, my wife and 2 children including my pet dog. My only complaint is that my friends visit me more often to enjoy my beautiful bench, turning my serene oasis into a social hot spot. Overall, this is an excellent purchase and hoping it would last a very long time to be enjoyed by my family for many years to come.

Sturdy, comfortable, nice looking bench. One screw was missing. However, this bronze-sprayed bench rusted in small spots with the first rain. If it has zinc coating, it was missed in spots or sprayed too thinly. Will use several coats of Rustoleum Universal High Gloss All Surface Topcoat Spray Paint for metals and more. Any regular clear coat spray will flake off zinc coated or galvanized metals. Only comes in matte, frosted and high gloss. High gloss has the best protection and adhesion. Downside is you must buy a six pack (Home Depot). Upside is you can use it on almost any surface needing waterproofing, except for water immersion surfaces.
