I like this chair…the leather color is really nice even though it feels thinner than other couches and chairs we have but maybe it’s also the smooth finish. The padding is soft and adequate but also not too thick. The arm rests are somewhat thinner but also comfortable. Overall it looks great in our living room (definitely a statement piece) and it’s comfortable! What else do you need! ... show more

This is a great addition to any lounge area or living room. The leather quality is nice in both look and feel which makes it perfect for any room since it's not just decor or an ugly-comfy chair. The pillow is so-so on the utility and quality, so we don't even use it. The assembly was fairly straight forward, but you are going to want a drill or impact driver since you are using wood screws in the base to fasten the cushion to the legs. The downside of this design is that assembly is a one-and-done since wood screws don't have nearly the same hold after they are removed from the hole (you could drill a new hole, but it would be off center. This is one of my favorite accent chairs. It’s easy to assemble and very sturdy. It’s so comfortable it stays in my bedroom. Put my feet up on the ottoman and look out the window to watch the sunset.

The description was very misleading about the material. This is a thin, synthetic fabric that looks a lot like leather. To assemble, the manual was not correct (they changed a bolt to a screw), you really need an electric driver, and you use some screws to attach the back after aligning two shafts. It's awkward, and would only really assemble once. The material is not durable. Assembly is "easy" if you are strong and handy. Otherwise, it's definitely not. Moderate comfort. It feels like it looks. A lumbar pillow would help. ... show more
