For the price I payed ($199) its a steal. Make sure you strap it down immediately cus MAN does this thing catch wind. Also its great shade and keeps the bug out, but if its raining with ANY wind water will poor in the top vents and come right down the center. So ironically its great for outside except when its raining. But having screened in, bug free, pop up shade big enough to throw a picnic table AND a hammock in for 200 bucks its hard to beat. Ill probably glue some plastic or something over the top vents. They work well for letting heat out and more breeze in but i need it to not rain inside haha.

We are always looking for a pop up tent and having to borrow from others. We didn't want to spend a fortune for something we use 3 or 4 times a year. Pros: Great price Has steaks or a sandbag weight option Was waterproof Easy to setup for one person Adjustable height Received quickly Cons Cannot figure out how to get the tent fabric portion back in the bag (admittedly probable operator error) Sturdy but definitely not for heavy use or severe weather Our yellow jacket population also liked the red color Height adjustable but could use 2 more levels up for tall people (I'm 5' 10" someone 6" plus might find it too low) Would purchase again

Another fella said he assembled by himself, so I tried. You could do it too but not recommended. Much simpler with at least two people during the leg and cross brace assembly. Too much flexing and possibility of compromising integrity. The FIRST STEP of the directions (and the rest for that matter) could use some improvement. Important tip to save you some time figuring things out. When you assemble the two-piece tracks in Step#1. The short side, C/C1 NEED MIN OF 8 HOOKS PER COMPLETED TRAK (or 4 FOR C AND 4 FOR C1) and the long side B/B1 NEEDS 10 HOOKS PER COMPLETED TRACK (or 5 FOR B AND 5 FOR B1). For a total of 72 out of the 80 provided. I added one extra hook to each completed track because once assemble added a hook is not possible without disassembly now you have an extra in case one breaks. I figured this out by having to take the curtains out of the bag and laying out each one. When I saw that they were all the same length. I kinda scratched my head until I figured out the each curtain is designed to kinda of split the difference and cover half the long side and half the short side. If you lay one out, you will count 9 hangers holes, towards the middle of each curtain you will see two hanger holes closer together than the rest of them. The side with 5 holes hangs on the long side and the side with 4 holes hangs on the short side. IF I made any sense at all ...LOL Once you get the basic frame put together, The roof support isn't too bad but do yourself a favor and have two people, both with step ladders so you are not overreaching.

I purchased the green one only reason i returned it was because it was not the size i needed. i got the 13 x 13 but a 10x10 will work please account for the lip if you are using in measured space. easy to put up with the velcro. and did a pretty good job. I returned it and would love to get another 10x10 but got the one i have from another company. I think this brand is way better.

This is nice if wanting something nicer than the average easy pop up tents. Husband was able to stand it up by himself but helped to have an additional person to breakdown. Only reason why returned is because we actually no longer needed it for a backyard party

The fly is pretty useless but everything set up easy. Not sure that the fabric to cover the posts are necessary. They are just a nuisance. Overall, it is sturdy and looks nice.
