Why did you pick this product vs others?: I purchased this scooter for my 82 year old dad who has knee issues. He absolutely loves it. It has added quality to his life and made it easier for him to do things with our family that demand a lot of walking. We recently went on a cruise and had an amazing time with him thanks to this scooter. Everyone complemented, asked him about it and he was so happy and relieved he didn’t have to walk so much. It came a lot faster than the expected date. It's a little short but it's fine for me. It's a tough little scooter. I rode around my property through grass, gravel even mud and it had no problem. I love it and highly recommend it as long as you aren't too tall. The seat height is adjustable so it might work for longer legs. There really isn't a lot of legroom but you can stretch your leg out and rest it on the fender. I wanted a small one that I can put in my SUV. This one is perfect for that. The seat and battery lift off easily and the handle folds down. The delivery person did a good job getting it close to the house. I had to open it and take it in a piece at at time which was no problem. It was very easy to put together. You don't even need instructions. It can move but the speed is adjustable. I suggest that you start on slow until you get used to it. It's really pretty and even matches my car. I didn't expect that. It says to charge for 12 hours but it came fully charged. It's a great scooter at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.

It's parts were carefully packed in styrofoam with the English owner's manual right on top; no scratches. The wheeled base and tiller come pre-assembled. Really, the only thing to do is assemble the seat post and armrests on the chair. After an overnight charge it was ready to go. The seat spins right around and clamps to the post every 45°. It is much more stable than it looks. A large knob allows the tiller to swing right out of the way and clamp down again easily. The controls are super easy to use. Also, the tiller has a grab bar, not a simple handle. It is steered and controlled by either hand, or both. It loads easily into the trunk of my car in several ways. The wheeled base is the heaviest part. It has a suitcase handle at one end and casters at the other. It is brilliantly designed for being driven and transported. There is a problem. The ride is very harsh. My wife at first found the seat too hard, but a little pillow helped support her lumbar. She was able to drive it four miles in D.C. from the hotel to the Vietnam memorial and back; but she felt every curb cut and paver bump. Also, there should be something to support the heels. Maybe pads that fold down in front of the wheel housings; like on a wheelchair.

I put this together myself and I am 69 with arthritis. The hardest part was getting it out of the box. After that, everything fit together easily and without tools. My only issue is I can't raise the seat because I am not able to pull the seat back off. If anyone knows a trick, I'd love to hear it. Riding the scooter is way better than I even hoped. It is very fast and super efficient with battery life. It is easy to run and has a better turning radius than I had expected. Note that I am using the scooter exclusively outside so there is alway room to turn around. The light was a bit of a dissapointment - it is not a headlight. I take a flashlight with me for those darker areas (I do use it at night). I can easily run the scooter while holding a full garbage bag in the other hand. All in all, very happy.

I bought this for myself to use at the Disney Parks because I have a bad hip. It is easy to unassemble and transport in the cargo area of my small SUV. I would advise that 2 people lift the base. It's fast! Lol! Very easy to maneuver. I absolutely love this scooter! It comes with a basket, cup holder and USB port! It's everything you need for an adventure with limited mobility. The battery lasts a long time. I never worry about the battery. I'm 5'10" and 250 pounds and I'm very comfortable. I searched a long time for the right machine that had everything I want. I could not be more pleased with this purchase!

I purchased the M2 model after fracturing my patella. Overall I've been pleased. On the plus side, the scooter works great, was easy to assemble, has a lot of power and arrived before it was scheduled. It is easy to operate and is a good buy for what you get. The only drawback is that the M2 model seat does NOT swivel. Also on the plus side, I received an unexpected call asking if I had any questions and how I was enjoying the scooter. That's great customer service. They sent me a video to disable the back-up beeper which was GREAT and easy to do.

I bought this for my younger sister who recently had foot surgery and needed something to use for a trip to Disneyland. This scooter was absolutely perfect! Easy to assemble and take apart for transport. Very easy to use and the maneuverability and agility was perfect for crowded spaces. I should mention my sister also has downs syndrome and no trouble learning to drive and use this scooter with ease. It has a very comfortable seat and is quite roomy for larger folks.

This is a high quality product! The first time I've ever purchased a mobility product and I couldn't be more pleased. Well constructed with high end components. Easy to assemble and disassemble! I don't know why I ever waited to get one of these. It has truly increased my MOBILITY ten fold. And to top it all off, the purchase price was a great value compared to many others I researched, and I did extensive investigations!
