I bought a Boss replacement stereo to replace the original stock unit in my 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer LTZ. I soon realized that the stock antenna plug in the car is a mini version as opposed to the full-sized Motorola plugs on most stereos, so the LTZ's antenna cable would not plug into the Boss antenna input This adapter is exactly what you need to correct this. My only concern was that the stock plug didn't feel quite tight enough in the adapter, so I ended up wrapping a bit of black electrical tape around the area where it plugged into the adapter just to have a little more assurance.
