It's a radio harness...what's the complication you ask? The radio I purchased provided a clear map of the radio wiring to the OE wiring harness. When I called the provided support number and attempted to explain that I needed the harness wire color to OE wiring the best they would do it "It just matches..." and "we don't have the wiring diagram for your [make, model, year] so we can't tell you is our BR/YL wire maps to the OE DB/GR wire". Could/did I make my own map by attaching the harness to the OE plugs? Absolutely. Did I expect that the manufacturer would have a map for the product they sell? Oh hell yes. Basically the product is coming up short because their support not only couldn't answer my question but also responded in a derogatory manner to the very question. ... show more

    • 98 Ram 2500 didn't work properly
It was easy to install. However, after setting everything up, the front speakers don't work at all. I double-checked and I matched all the wires to the right color. I'll be looking for a different harness now.

Never install a radio without the correct Metra Cable. Bought this one and soldered to the new radio I purchased, shrink-wrap, etc... and All Good.

Harness was easy to work with and of high quality wire. Good gauge wire, no connectivity issues! Cable color description is right on packing making it super easy for install!
