I thought I’d leave a review for a seller and product that is simply fantastic. I’m in the process of renovating my garage and needed wall cabinets for my tools. I initially placed an order for 5 units from FangYi Furniture. All items arrived and were installed. I had an issue with the struts in one unit which after couple of correspondents, the seller quickly sent out replacement parts. I was amazed by the level of responsiveness and their customer service. I needed a sixth unit to complete my project and since I was in a pinch I ordered an exact cabinet from another seller (GangMei). Here, everything went south. First, the unit arrived damaged and I had to refuse delivery by UPS. The unit was sent back to the Amazon (confirmed by UPS tracking), but to the time of this review, Amazon has not refunded the order (after three weeks). I placed another order from GangMei, but it got delayed in transit and after contacting Amazon, I had to cancel the order. I went back to the first seller and order my unit from them. To my surprise, order got shipped quickly and arrived on time. In summary, I highly recommend the seller and their service (quick shipment, responsiveness). Cabinet is great for the money. However, there is room for improvement for assembly instructions.

I got this cabnet for my ministery group to store our sounds system in. We got the system 2 years ago and the only storage we had for it was the box it came in. That got destroyed in storage and the system got abused. That comes to an end today. Amen The cabnet is sturdy and has a somwhat a good locking system. It is light weight and easily moves around with the wheels. Easy to assemble, although, later I might take out the screws and reassemble it with pop rivets. Good value and thank you to the contact person in customer service for your help. God bless.

Sturdy, easy-ish to assemble, hydraulic hinges too stiff and closes violently. The hydraulic arms are so stiff I feel like the shelf will pull out of the wall before the door will close! Once I get door about half closed it will slam shut with loud bang. I tried to find way to contact customer service but was unable to find any seller contact info on Amazon. I didn't find any way of adjusting the tension on the hydraulic lift arms. If the shocks weren't so awful I'd really like the design.

Edit to add: Since the review below was posted on amazon and noticed by the cabinet seller, I have received both an apology and a seemingly sincere message that the company will review their own instructions and compare them with the currently shipping cabinet parts. This is exactly the response I hoped to receive and is why shopping on Amazon is almost always a good experience. Amazon cares about its customers and insists that its suppliers care too. Thanks! I'm raising my overall review score on this item by one point (from 3 to 4) because of the timely and quality response received from the company after my earlier review (see below.) Original review is immediately below: Overall the cabinet is OK. Once assembled it's functional. The included assembly instructions appear to be first generation, while the cabinet parts appear to be later iterations. For this reason the assembly process was unnecessarily confusing and complex. If one ignored the instructions (which are step by step drawings with virtually no text) assembly would probably be intuitive enough. Unfortunately this becomes clear only in retrospect. It is NOT POSSIBLE to assemble the cabinet parts following the provided instructions as the parts received are not the same as the parts illustrated in the instructions, especially with regards to the holes and their alignment between each other and the provided screws which allegedly are required to put the cabinet together. So, until the instructions are revised to be in alignment with the parts currently being shipped, realize you are not going insane trying to follow the provided instructions. Objectively, the instructions do not match the actual process needed to assemble the current cabinet parts. It's not just "you". Lol.
