We recently assembled this bed frame for my son. Assembly was straightforward and pretty easy. All the necessary screws and tools were included. This just includes the bottom bed frame and not any sort of headboard. It offers a decent amount of storage underneath the bed, however, the supports that go straight down the middle can be a bit of a challenge. We have the bed positioned up against a wall, so it's harder to access the storage on the other side of the bed since the inner supports get in the way. This wouldn't be an issue if you have the bed placed in a more central position in the room. The bed frame itself feels sturdy and supportive. Once assembled, the frame does exactly what you would expect. It holds a Twin sized mattress. Pros: * It doesn't require a box spring (we're using an 8 inch "hybrid" memory foam mattress, one of the kind that ships in a box, and unfolds/decompresses after you unroll it). Light enough for pretty much anyone to move around. * It's got a decent amount of space under the bed, if that's important to you. * It feels sturdy. No shakiness or wiggling (i.e., it doesn't feel like a "cot" or a fold out bed you might have experienced). * Reasonably priced. Cons: * It came in a box, and basically every metal piece you see in the pictures was a separate piece in the box. Instructions were clear enough to follow, but it took a bit over 2 hours for one person to put it together (with a bit of help occasionally). That might not surprise you, but I was expecting a bit less assembly. Not enough to take off a star, but it might make sense to show a picture of all the parts somewhere (sorry, I didn't think to take a picture after we pulled them all out). ... show more

This is a sturdy, quality frame. Assembly was easy and all parts fit/thread without issue. This bed frame has posts down the middle which really gives this bed a great support system. The frame is very sturdy, but light weight. It does not require a box spring, which is nice. The frame also sits up high enough so the underneath could be used for storage. Overall this bed frame is great quality at a decent price with extra support and room for underneath storage. Would recommend. ... show more
