This stapler is a power house. I use it very often for house wrap, thermaply sheets, and non structural plywood and osb. It shoots very fast and has only jammed on me maybe twice but that's when it was humid, the staples were starting to rust and I had mud on the nose.

I’ve bought three of these guns in the last year. 1 of them has worked without a hitch. 1 had the tongue keep getting jammed but was able to fix it. 1 shot three staples and decided it was done and I couldn’t get it to work again.

stapler works great, lightweight & easy to use, but the staples are hard to find in amounts of less than 10,000 to a box. found some in 5000 to a box but not in stock at home depot & lowes all have to be ordered online.all to say if you need several different leg lengths you could find yourself with 100,000 staples for a do it yourselfer. ... show more

Ive used these in a wood truss manufacturing facility for about 10 years, and my guys are rough on them. We used to get 3-4 years use out of the old Hitachi branded guns. Since Metabo took over, we're lucky to get 6-8 months use before they're falling apart. Luckily most of the high wear parts are easy to source/replace, until the cases crack. If you're looking for industrial grade guns, these aren't quite up to snuff. ... show more
