  • Crazy expensive - worth it - solid powerful tool
Installing high tensile fence. This tool is a time saver and works like a charm. Pays for itself in time saving, solid staple, no smashed fingers and less aggravation. Very useful solid tool. Have back up battery ready to go. This is powerful tool and uses up battery power. Drives staples perfect everytime. ... show more

  • I WILL NEVER DRIVE STAPLES BY HAND AGAIN
This tool is absolutely phenomenal. Working by myself I can put up about 500 feet of woven wire an hour. No busted knuckles, no lost staples, and no painstaking work trying to hammer and staples into petrified wood. This thing can nearly drive a staple into concrete. fully electric, no gas involved. it’s heavy, but the speed you can staple wire, fence, and chicken wire is insane. It’s expensive, but absolutely worth every single penny for the time and aggravation it saves. The only downside is it can only use Dewalt brand staples. For anyone interested, a single battery will go through about 500 staples. Expensive, heavy, and worth it. ... show more

  • No more flying staples!
BLUF: If you have a farm with woven, barbed, or high-tensile on wood posts, this tool quickly pays for itself in time saved putting wire up. Important Note: Use the Dewalt brand staples. Do not use the staples that are for air-powered staplers. Like many others who've written reviews, I bought this fence stapler to save time putting up fence wire. Super easy to use, and performs as advertised. On the minimum power setting, it easily drives 1.5" staples into a treated pine post. I've even had it fully seat into old oak boards without issue, but could see needing one of the stronger settings for locust and/or longer staples. One thing you learn early is to use your shoulder or leg to control the recoil and make the staples fully seat. The only "issue" I've had is that included carry bag can only hold a box of staples if they're on top of the stapler, which isn't ideal. A little extra depth would allow the box(es) to ride in the bottom. ... show more

  • you better have a lot of work to justify the cost of this gun and staple's
it makes the job faster for sure. The depth adjustment really did not make any real difference that I could tell. overall it seems to be a good tool. Its going to take me about 2 miles of fence to pay for the gun but it saves the arm and fingers lol

  • Awesome Fence Stapler! Very Happy!
This is an amazing product! It’s a little heavier, when fully loaded with staples, than I had expected. Suggest familiarizing yourself with every aspect of this fence nailer before use, but it is packed with features and the battery life is excellent. One of the best features is the sound! It sounds like a small tesla gun when it powers up right before it fires a staple. Very cool! ... show more

  • This thing is amazing
Not too heavy does not kick hard. I have arthritis in both hands and hammering by hand just isnt a thing I can do anymore. I went through half a box of staples and didn't bother my hands at all. This thing really drives the 2" staples in and so quickly. Never again pounding in staples !!! Very happy with this purchase. ... show more

  • Going to give the Milwaukee a go!
This is my second stapler and both failed before finishing one box of staples. The first one I purchased from Home Depot failed the first week I had it so I could get a refund. Then purchased second one on Amazon and finished out fence line then put away until using again a year later. It failed the second day of use, just the same as the first one failed. Does nothing when pulling trigger. I contacted dewalt but now I have to send in or find a repair shop near me and may have to pay up to ~$300 for repair. That's almost half of my investment so I'm going to try my luck with the Milwaukee. ... show more
