Was given this as a gift for Christmas and am so, so happy with them! They are beautiful and the blades really are such a great quality! Easy to sharpen(though they come sharp enough to cut you if you even look at them!). The only complaint for me would be that the magnetic storage block that these come in, had a pretty big counter-space footprint. I ended up getting rid of the block and just storing my knives elsewhere. However, that issue does nothing to take away how much I love these! So, so happy with my new knives! ... show more

Since this kit cost equally as much as buying all the knives separately, you essentially get the block for free. But the block is awkwardly angled and uses magnets to hold the knives. So, not only does it occupy a large amount of space, but if you slide the knives across the magnets, they can get scratched. So, I've discarded the block and went with a nice neat drawer organizer to hold these amazing knives. Very happy with the knives themselves though. ... show more

For the price these have worked awesome. They hold their edge and haven’t had to be re-sharpened after a lot of use. The chef knife has been a go to for work on my smoker.
