This is by far the best waist trainer/band I have bought. It is very sturdy, nice thick material, fits very well and it stays in place. It provides a nice back support during workout. It’s sturdy but is does not restrict your movements. I especially like the adjustable belt on both sides, you can loosen or tighten the belt to your liking/comfort. The price wasn’t bad at all. It’s definitely worth the money. For those of you looking for a well made, great quality waist band, this is it.

Just wore for the 1st time at the gym. This is a solid core binder with neoprene that felt firm and stayed exactly where I needed it to stay. Firm but allowed me to breathe and brace my core while lifting. The back has boning so it stays in place. Sized correctly and just feels like a quality product. Would not use this as a lifting belt, it’s best used to just hold your core. Worth the spend.

For five years I've worn waist trainers for every work out. I've always gotten the Sweet Sweat brand and have really enjoyed them. They can last almost two years and get the job done. My only complaint with the Sweet Sweat was that it wasn't long enough to cover my entire torso and that they are a little pricey. However, I always repurchased because I'm a creature of habit and they absolutely gave me back my shape after I went through a massive weight loss. I was about to order my fourth one and decided to take the plunge and try something different (and cheaper). After a good bit of research, I decided on this one and I don't regret it! It covers more of my torso and is comfortable no matter what workout I'm doing (strength, hit, cardio, yoga, etc.). I was a little concerned that the boning in the back would limit my mobility, but it's pretty flexible and I've noticed no significant difference from the Sweet Sweat. It also makes me sweat just as much! It is a little thinner than the Sweet Sweat, but I actually prefer that, and it's just as durable (I've had mine now for about 3 months and I workout approx. 5 days/week). I ordered the medium based on the measurements -but I could've ordered the large too (the sinching straps on the outside have no overlap, but the Velcro is strong and they always stay in place, so it's not a big deal). If you're a user of the Sweet Sweat and are debating whether to make the change - do it. This product is performs just as well, is half the price, is just as durable, covers more surface area, forms your waist, and makes you sweat!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this waist trainer for a long time, and it has been a constant companion throughout my weight loss journey. As someone with a long torso, finding a trainer that fits well and stays in place has always been a challenge, but this one checks all the boxes. I originally bought it when I was 230 lbs, and it still fits perfectly now at 195 lbs, thanks to its adjustable design. The coverage and support are excellent, and it really helps to target and increase sweat during workouts, making me feel like I’m getting more out of my sessions. Durability is another huge plus—I’ve used it consistently, and it’s still in great shape.
