I was really excited to get this bed. I had a great design and everything figured out for it. Upon delivery though I did not receive my headboard. When asking for customer support I called Amazon as well as contacting meridian being that they're the manufacturer on Amazon site. Meridian refused to speak with me being a wholesale retailer. Amazon ask for assistance and the customer service representative for Amazon said that meridian was not willing to help out. All I was asking for was for the headboard to be separately I was willing to keep the pieces I already received and now I'm returning everything asking for a full refund completely unsatisfied due to lack of customer service willing to work with me. It’s beautiful. I’m so in love. I was nervous it was gone be cheap looking in person. But it’s prettier in person and heavy. The delivery guys said it’ll last for years because it’s so sturdy.
