Using the Mercy pillow massager is incredibly easy. I can simply place it on a chair and position it near my lower back. As I lean back against it and turn on the massager, I immediately feel the soothing effects on my muscles. The remote control allows me to adjust the level of heat and pressure, enabling me to customize the massage experience to my liking. The combination of pulse and kneading action works wonders in helping my muscles relax and alleviating any tension or discomfort. What's great about this massager is its versatility. I had been having some soreness in my back and neck due to some over-exertion on my part and wanted something for my chair to massage my back and this is what I got and I am very pleased. It has several modes; it can be used for massage on your neck and upper back simultaneously or upper and lower back. The main thing I noticed was this uses low level heat, so if you are looking for something that heats up like a heating pad this is not it. This gives excellent massage with a bit of warmth if you desire, it is easy to use but one of the best things is it comes with a car adapter which my wife has back problems on long trips and this was the perfect thing to keep her from arriving all stiff so with all I got this is a 5 Star item in my opinion

I’m extremely disappointed with this massager. I bought the black version and horrible is an understatement. I was looking forward to using it because other people said the grey version was strong and was hoping the same for this one. Unfortunately, if you lean on it a little to get deeper massage it completely stops. You can hear the motor running but it won’t spin, this thing is so weak. I’ve owned different versions of these massagers and this is the first time that has happened. I wanted to try this one because of it’s shape. I was hoping it would hit spots others didn’t. Unfortunately, it doesn’t run properly. In addition, it doesn’t have a band on the back either to help secure it. That might be an issue if you want to use it for neck area while sitting on a chair. This thing is the worst one I’ve every tried. I am so disappointed, it’s pretty much trash. I really wish they made it better. I regret giving it a chance cause now I have to waste my time sending it back.
