When it comes to quility. You get what you pay. Cushions are firm. I do love the color and size. Biggest down fall is the back cushions . There is nothing to them 👎. It was very easy to assemble. There was one hole that wasn’t in the proper spot but we made it work. Overall cute little couch . I don’t forsee it lastly long 👎

I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase! Besides being within my budget (when on sale), it's the perfect size and shape for my room. The only issue I have is the smell from the cushions; I have charcoal pouches on it all night to try to help with that. I wish the foam wasn't so chemical-ly; though I imagine that's part of what makes the couch affordable. All the cushions come shrink wrapped (literally about 1/4 inch thick) and take 72 hours to fluff out NOT on the couch. I allowed them to fluff thus (as instructed) and they were able to fluff to their full size and fit snuggly together on the couch (I read some reviews where there are gaps between the cushions: I don't have that issue. They fit snuggly together: I think because I allowed them to fully fluff). They do tend to slide forward after being sat on a while: I may get Velcro to attach them better. I find them comfortable: medium firm. Assembling the couch wasn't too difficult; it took me about 1 1/2 hours by myself (having a second person would have helped). It was delivered by FedEx, who did not deliver to my front door due to steps and the heaviness of the boxes. It would have been nice if they could pack them in boxes a single person can lift. (I think it came in 3 boxes, if I recall correctly). All-in-all, for an affordable couch, I am happy. I would love someday to swap out the cushions for some more natural/healthy fiber.

The videos and reviews were what originally made me purchase this sectional. Once I received it and assembled it, I was very impressed by the craftsmanship of the furniture. The color is nice, it fits beautifully in my space and is comfortable to sit on. It is firm as some reviewers have noted but this works well for me. The shipping as very fast and in my opinion the section is well worth the cost plus shipping.

This couch was easy to assemble and came with all the tools needed & I love the fact that it came with 2 pillows. Looks great, sturdy, and the bottom cushions are very thick and comfortable, however if you purchase I highly recommend buying polyfil as well to stuff the back cushions as theyre very thin. The bottom cushions tend to slide forward easily due to them being directly on top of metal springs, and there's nothing securing the rear cushions from moving out of place or falling forward. Luckily I'm an upholstery technician so I'll be able to figure out fixes to these

The couch arrived quickly especially compared to what other companies were estimating their deliveries to be. We initially received 2 out of 3 of the boxes, at no fault of the seller but of the shipping company. After contacting customer service, they were able to give us the individual box’s tracking number and we received it the next day. It took about 2 hours to put together. There were two different spots with small holes in them, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. Thankfully, they are mostly hidden and the company assisted us with this issue. The couch is true to size and fit perfectly where we wanted it to. I do recommend unzipping the backrest cushions for a few minutes as they fluffed out a lot more afterwards. Overall - Great customer service and a great couch for the price.
