Once assembled, Murphy bed looks exactly like photo. Set arrives in 3-4 boxes. Instructions have QR codes to videos but the videos aren’t instructional. Assembly states a 4 person team when the high pressure pumps are installed, I agree however we completed it with just a two person team. The pumps would not move when installed so I have to add lubricant. Once we got the pumps to allow the bed to move in the upright/downright position the pressure favored the upright position, not ideal when you need to use it for a bed instead of desk. In their video the bed stays in the down position with ease. Not my case. I ended up leaving the pumps off for now and will put them back when I need to use it for a desk. It took 9+ hours to assemble. Hiring someone to do it would be ideal if you are not mechanically savvy. Remember to secure the furniture to the wall! I would buy this again because I love the look and functionality. 4 stars because of the high pressure manual pump issue. ... show more
