I was pleasantly surprised with this purchase! Besides being within my budget (when on sale), it's the perfect size and shape for my room. The only issue I have is the smell from the cushions; I have charcoal pouches on it all night to try to help with that. I wish the foam wasn't so chemical-ly; though I imagine that's part of what makes the couch affordable. All the cushions come shrink wrapped (literally about 1/4 inch thick) and take 72 hours to fluff out NOT on the couch. I allowed them to fluff thus (as instructed) and they were able to fluff to their full size and fit snuggly together on the couch (I read some reviews where there are gaps between the cushions: I don't have that issue. They fit snuggly together: I think because I allowed them to fully fluff). They do tend to slide forward after being sat on a while: I may get Velcro to attach them better. I find them comfortable: medium firm. Assembling the couch wasn't too difficult; it took me about 1 1/2 hours by myself (having a second person would have helped). It was delivered by FedEx, who did not deliver to my front door due to steps and the heaviness of the boxes. It would have been nice if they could pack them in boxes a single person can lift. (I think it came in 3 boxes, if I recall correctly). All-in-all, for an affordable couch, I am happy. I would love someday to swap out the cushions for some more natural/healthy fiber. ... show more

The couch has a lot of pieces to put together. Would not recommend if you have dogs that lay on your couch. The cushions do not stay in place very well. Always have to readjust them. It is comfortable to sit on and the ottoman is great to use for laying out with the kids.

Having two small kids i was worried about how it would clean up but it cleans up great! Stains wipe right away! The dimensions were PERFECT. Make sure you measure your space carefully. This is a very nice couch. I think it’s very comfortable but the cushions are firm. My husband doesn’t think it’s comfortable enough to sleep on….but he likes a soft mattress and I like firm so hopefully this is helpful. Assembly was straight forward, although at first I was upset because I thought only half the couch was delivered. I contacted customer services and they quickly responded and reassured me there were multiple shipments and I did receive the rest the next day. The only thing I don’t like is the chaise couch cushion slides out and I have to push it back after sitting on it for a while. But it’s not annoying enough to knock off any stars. Yikes! The armrest just caved in after leaning on it and it hasn’t been 2 months. I’m a slim guy of 165lbs 5’10…didn’t take much pressure at all. I wrote the below when I first purchased it. You really can’t beat the price and quality of this couch! As other reviews mentioned, it does sit a bit low, but I solved that by purchasing 8-inch Plastic Furniture Legs from Masendelk, which fit perfectly. Even with the added cost of the taller legs, I still spent way less than I would on a name-brand piece. The seat cushions are the perfect balance of firm, and the material is super soft. I might add some memory foam to the back cushions for extra comfort, but honestly, a few nice throw pillows should do the trick for better back support. Some parts of the fabric were wrinkled from the vacuum seal, but I’m confident a steamer or iron will take care of it—or it may smooth out over time on its own. If you don’t mind putting it together. Looks great, sturdy, and the bottom cushions are very thick and comfortable, however if you purchase I highly recommend buying polyfil as well to stuff the back cushions as theyre very thin. The bottom cushions tend to slide forward easily due to them being directly on top of metal springs, and there's nothing securing the rear cushions from moving out of place or falling forward. Luckily I'm an upholstery technician so I'll be able to figure out fixes to these ... show more
