There isn't anything I dislike about the couch/sofa (maybe the color options), but overall good couch. It's firm and it feels comfortable to me. I would suggest another cup holder maybe even make the length a little longer. No negative reviews or comments. I put the couch together on my own. I had difficulty putting one of the backrest on but a friend of mine came and inserted it with no problem. Instructions are straight forward and it is easy to put together. Super hard cushions and very narrow seats. We added a mattress topped 3” thick and covered it with a blanket. Keeping the ‘bed’ pulled out and making this a great lounge area.

Hard as a rock. Style is cute and is as pictured. Easy to assemble. Minus a broken foot that still served it's purpose, it's ok. Definitely not comfortable at all. And the fabric picks up dirt easily .

My family loves this couch. We have 2 dogs, a cat, 2 kids and my husband and I. We all got on this couch just fine! The only real complaints that anyone has had is that the couch itself is very firm. I personally don’t mind it because it means the cushions will last longer then a pervious couch we had but if you need something softer then I wouldn’t suggest it for you. The other thing is that the back pieces are short. My husband says that when the hideaway piece is in and it looks like a regular couch, he feels like a giant. He’s of average height at 5’10”. Packaging was great but I suggest that you be home for delivery and help your driver unload. One person should NOT be trying to move the boxes or damage will ensue and only one driver is ever in the delivery vehicle. The way it was packaged inside the boxes was pretty brilliant and I like that I have access to the underneath for cleaning. ... show more
