It's giving accurate readings for my car battery. Now I don't have to worry about my car dying randomly. The 12v integrated plug seems just *a tad* big, but even for this miniature car charger I have.. it still fits and works fine. UPDATE: 5-6 months later and it's still working. Some car chargers still like to slip out every once in awhile. UPDATE: 11-12 months later and it's still working. I can tell my Car battery needs replaced before winter, thanks to this. I also decided to plug in different car voltage readers that I have, 3 other ones I've bought from I don't remember where. They all would start up about the same time.. but the non Amazons were all slower, couldn't show me the voltage change very quick after car starts or when ac kicks etc, or they would read at a lower voltage, than this one here, then maybe catch up as randomly as it goes back down, mixed results. But I'm glad I have this one, no mixed results, all good, and happy to know it's probably one of the better working ones you can get! It's been very reliable. Overtime I realized having the plug just a tiny teeny bit bigger, is actually much more convenient for unplugging and plugging things in there without unplugging the voltage reader. That thing has never moved one bit, not even a little twist, it goes in the car tight. I did check to see if the inside of the car port was scratched or warped from the voltage reader, it looks the same as before, it doesn't hurt my car. I love this thing alot. I've purchased at least a dozen of these lighter adaptors, but never had one with such solid and well thought out features. Enough USB jacks for the phone, the pad, and a passenger, a volt meter so you don't run the battery down (and a convenient gauge to have) and you STILL have the lighter socket if needed? This adapter works perfectly. I only had a little bit of room around my cigarette lighter port, but needed to power 3 different USB devices and one that uses a cigarette lighter plug. This was the item that solved the problem perfectly while taking up the minimum space possible. The QC 3.0 charges my Samsung Note 8 as fast as the original charger it came with, and the other two ports provide enough power to my other devices as well. I've never used that faster speed charging option because I have no idea what it is and IDK if my phone can utilize that. So I can't speak to that.
