This sofa surprised me but I actually love it. The first time I ordered it only 1/3 boxes were delivered so that was a tad frustrating but I contacted Amazon and the rep I spoke with sent me a new couch without charge and it got here the next day. Ok, so we were limited on size due to our layout and what not. Had to be 86 inches max in length and also budget. But it isn’t bad, it’s comfy. Description says color is “Black” but it’s more dark gray with a tint of blue to it. That kinda bugs me a bit cuz I strictly wanted dark gray to match the chair I got. But whatever, my husband won’t help me return plus I’m sure it’d be a pain in the butt to return. (Couch came in four boxes, so cushions were vacuum sealed) Also the back cushions could use some or quite a bit more stuffing to make them more comfortable and cushion-y. Cushions you sit on could probably use a lil more stuffing to but not as much as the back cushions. The Ottoman cushions are pretty cushion-y lol compared to the others so I don’t think they need anymore stuffing. Also another thing is that the ottoman cushions are not sewn down, Velcro or anything to the ottoman frame. So they slide off the frame pretty easy. I’m planning on going to get some Velcro to hold them down or whatever. Just to note we did set them out to “fluff” out all the cushions for over 72 hours. Other than what I mentioned, it’s not a bad couch. According to my husband, assembling was easy. Can’t remember how long it took. If I had to guess maybe less than a hour or so. I purchased this couch in December and received it in November in four boxes. To my surprise, it was missing 14 legs and the sides for the ottoman. I contacted customer service multiple times—no response. Amazon refused to help, saying it wasn’t their issue. I also pay $18 a month for total protection, but they said they couldn’t do anything. Beyond the missing parts, the couch is poorly made. The cushions have nothing securing them to the frame, so they constantly slide around. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing purchase. I do not recommend this couch. ... show more

Took forever to be delivered but it was worth it! Quality of the material is comfortable, looks great, weight isn’t too bad I can easily move it. Assembly was quite easy aside from somewhat confusing instructions and the letters for each part had fallen off, took my partner and I about an hour and a half. Furniture came in a few days early and was boxed nicely. The back seating of couch was lightly stuffed and could use more stuffing. Depending on your preference . Not a big deal. You can add more stuffing or add throw pillows that fixed the issue if you like the backing firm. I order the Color: Black, which is much of a darker charcoal grey.
