For under $400, this is a great little option. Comfortable walk. I’m 5’6”, 145 lbs, had no issues with stepping on the sides, even at a little higher speeds and with the incline. Recommend the auto-incline. I love the simplicity of the screens, although it does only display one data set at a time (only time, then distance, etc.) There is an option to connect to Bluetooth but I have not tried that. Set up was easy and I did that alone. I had help carrying as it weighs a solid 100lbs. Feels stable and no wobble. Takes up minimal space! I previously had a proform treadmill that lasted 10 years. This is just as good (so far) at a small size to get your steps in. As described with my selected option.

I’ve been really enjoying the MERACH Incline Treadmill (Gray). Is it a commercial-grade treadmill? No—but for walking, light jogging, and daily movement at home, it’s a great option and fits my needs perfectly. Daily Use & Performance I use this treadmill every day, typically at a 7–10% incline and around 2.5 speed, and it’s been very comfortable. The impact feels good—when you step on it, it doesn’t feel harsh on the joints, and I don’t experience pain or discomfort during or after my walks. Incline & Comfort The incline range is a big plus and makes walking feel more effective without needing high speeds. The deck feels supportive, and overall it’s a smooth experience for its size and category. Entertainment & Convenience One of my favorite things is how easy it is to watch shows or use an iPad while walking. It also has two cup holders, which is a small detail but something I really appreciate for longer sessions. Size & Use Case This isn’t the longest treadmill out there, but for a home office setup or casual daily workouts, it’s more than adequate. If you’re not sprinting or doing long running strides, the size works just fine. Bonus Use I’m even considering training my dog to walk on it as an extra way to burn energy—she’s a Belgian Malinois, and they need a lot of activity. This won’t replace outdoor walks, but it’s a great addition to our routine. Final Thoughts Reliable, comfortable, and perfect for walking or light jogging while watching shows. If I needed another treadmill for this purpose, I’d buy this one again without hesitation.

I needed to walk during the winter months, so I shopped around the reviews and cost and this unit fit my needs. It is not so large it takes up a lot of space and folds up nicely. It is very sturdy as I weight in over 200lbs and this handles my weight and stride easily. It has right hand control to increase speed and left hand to adjust incline with heart rate monitor build into hand grips. Large LCD readout that cycle thru Time, Incline, Speed, Heart Rate, Calories Burned and Distance. It was easy to assemble by myself but having an extra helper is best.

The treadmill we purchased very clearly states "auto incline" in the headline but this is false advertising and extremely unethical on Merach's part. I had no idea until we already had the treadmill set up that it is actually manual incline. It looks like there is a auto incline version of the product which I wasn't even aware of until now because I assumed the headline was telling the truth about the product instead of trying to trick people into buying something with a feature it doesn't actually have. The treadmill itself is great and a great value and I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the false and unethical advertising.

This has been a great treadmill to get me back on my feet and exercising every day. I like the ability to manually adjust incline 1% at a time and have had no issues with this product. It’s easy to use and move when needed. Im 5’10” and it’s plenty long for my stride. I don’t use the app but might check it out. Glad I made this purchase, and feel like I got a good deal on it.

Update March 2026 We tried contacting Amazon, but since it was past the point of return, we did not get any answers regarding this issue. I had to put this out to the trash and ended up buying a NordicTrack. Save your time and money and go with the well known name brand. Updated January 2026 Started using this machine once a day for about 60 minutes for about two weeks. Now there seems to be something wrong with the speed. It declines in speed on its own without touching the buttons almost causing me to fall off and then goes back up. I unplugged and restarted-still does this! Update: after reaching out to the company to troubleshoot the issue, we were able to get the incline to work. Will spend some time using and will update in a few weeks. I just received this treadmill. It was easy to assemble and turned on right away. The speed functions worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the auto incline feature did not work at all. I contacted Amazon and was advised to return the unit, but now I have to go through the manufacturer to see what they can do. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The treadmill is very heavy and difficult to move upstairs, and now we have to disassemble and repackage it for return. Overall, a very disappointing experience for what I had hoped would be a simple setup.
