We just got a new dog and needed a new harness, this one is very nice, its durable and seems more comfortable on our dog. I like that the underneath looks like a turtle shell and seems like it helps with the stability. We got bright red because we want to start taking our dog on hikes so he may be more visible (like a child who goes swimming should have bright colors in the pool to make them more visible) we wanted to make sure he would be too. Its nice because at night you can also still see him, though I feel like it would be even better if there were reflector panels or details on it. The zippers on the side are a little smaller than we expected though we understand we don’t want him carrying too much. I think it was a good value in money. So far its been good quality.

I have a bad walker who constantly escapes all harnesses I've got her. But this one with the third strap is a perfect solution. No matter the tantrum she throws, she can't squirm out. The overall quality is really impressive. The material feels good and is super sturdy. My pup often takes her anger out on leashes and harnesses when she can't have her way and she hasn't made a dent in this one. And whether I front hook the lead or use the back hook, I don't have to worry her struggles will rip the hardware off the harness. And trust me, at 5 months and about 65lb she's trying very hard to decide when and how we walk. Improvement is slow but steady, and with this harness I feel like she's both secure and comfortable so I can really focus on training her to hopefully be good by the time she gets to her full size.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a harness. We are hiking the Appalachian Trail next year and I wanted something with a handle on top and pockets. Not pouches. We are going to be climbing steep mountains and boulders, and I want to make sure I have a good hold of her in case she slips. Roughwear does have a way better harness for rock climbing, but this is a, just in case thing. Little bear is 40 pounds. We got a SMALL. This is perfect because I don’t want her carrying too much weight so, she can carry toilet paper and some dog treats or first aid kit.. OR her rain jacket in one side and her shoes in the other. They are small pockets. All of the straps are adjustable. You just have to figure it out lol.

I have a 50lb Husky/Heeler mix and purchased a medium. After sizing the vest to my dog, none of the steps were maxed-out. The staps allow for a bit of space to tighten and a lot of room to loosen - I believe a small would have also fit my dog. The product is very durable and is excellent in different weather conditions. My dog and I have run in heavy snow, and it kept her dry. The pockets are great for pooper bags, treats, and other small items. I use it mainly to run with my dog, and it sometimes shifts depending on the side she is running on. The straps are difficult to adjust. However, once the straps are in place, they don't move. Overall, the vest doesn't rub and is excellent for people looking to run with their dogs.

My dog is a 35lb medium herding mix, and this harness fits him so well! I've been working him up to longer hikes and wanted something he could wear to help carry his things. The pockets aren't big enough to hold 16oz water bottles, but they can hold first aid items, keys, (filled) poop bags, etc. It's been holding up well and doesn't slip around. No rub marks on the dog, and his movements are not restricted at all in it. Worth the money!

This is an XS on my 15 lb Male Shetland Sheepdog. He is quite fluffy, and long for his size. The pockets are pretty tiny on the XS. It is really just a handle harness (front range style) with poop bag pockets. The next pack up in size is the front range, which has the same harness set up as this one.. The approach pack is a similar size but is based on the webmaster harness.

My dog is a 40 lb Boston Terrier mix. I measured him and ordered a medium based on that and the fact that he has a medium Ruffwear life jacket that fits perfectly. This pack fit fine everywhere except the strap that goes around his stomach. That strap laid right up against his penis. We tried to adjust it in different ways to alleviate the issue but couldn't so I returned it. The pack seemed to be of good quality but just wasn't a good fit for my dog.
