This machine is very nice and pretty but it works them glutes . Takes up a small space. Good work out , not heavy and easy to assemble. I have lost 10 pounds the first month of using it 15 minutes 3 x a day because it's a good workout

Arrived earlier than the expected date which was nice. It was very easy to assemble. I didn't have any issues, and it came with directions and the simple tools needed to put it together. It doesn't take up a lot of space and isn't too heavy so I'm able to move it around the house okay. I like the resistance. Ive only tried it with all 3 bands so far but this will be perfect for getting my strength back. You have options to adjust it to a setting that's comfortable for you, so that's pretty nice. After having 2 babies and a lower back injury (Herniated disks) I've become very weak over time but am ready to get my strength back up. I like that it has a seat so the exercise is balanced and I would say low impact. At least I would say this for my back it feels low impact. You can definitely feel a good burn in your legs after doing some squats for sure. Doing regular squats hurts sometimes with the movements but having a full body squat with the seat and the handlebar makes it easier to control my exercise without over exserting myself. I like that I will be able to use this in my home without having to find someone to watch my little ones. It's quiet and sturdy, I can use it while my babies are sleeping or just whenever I have free time and want to get a few squats in. I enjoy that it not only strengthens your legs and butt, but also your upper body as well. Like your arms and between your shoulders. I've now have this machine for squats along side an under the desk treadmill/walking pad. I'm excited to see the results over time :)

It’s cool machine, it gives you strong legs and back also gives your booty a nice shape . But if you have a knee problem, don’t buy it because this machine requires a lot of pressure put on the knees. It’s easy to use. Raise your heart rate. little expensive. Not heavy easy to move. It takes a little time to assemble.

12/7/25. I bought this to help me get strength back in my legs, butt, & hopefully, my core. I had knee surgery and then a few months later had a hip replacement on the same side. After my hip surgery, I lost a lot of progress from strengthening my knee & my right thigh muscles have atrophied. It’s been difficult to rehab my hip when I regressed my progress after my knee surgery. It’s been difficult going up stairs, I have a hard time standing & putting weight on my right leg getting dressed, & I can’t kneel or squat down so traditional squats are currently out of the question for me. I always have to be holding onto something for stability & I limp because of my knee & now my hip. My hip gets really sore after walking around Costco. This squat machine seems like it will give me the stability I need along with the resistance to build my strength back. It was easy to put together & feels really sturdy & I like how it folds away behind my door. I quickly tried it out with one band & I think I’m going to love it.It also came with a battery for the time/count/calorie tracker. It just arrived today so I’ll have to post an update on my progress in a few months.

Took maybe 5 minutes to assemble, works perfectly — 2 different manual settings for intensity, adjustable handlebars, adjustable seat, and easy to fold down and set really anywhere. The squat is super deep, so find your optimal adjustments then just set it in front of your tv 😅

First off, I am the most unmechanical person in the world. But managed to put this together quite easily! Thankful for the very helpful and detailed step-by-step pictures, as written instructions are vague. Upon first using it, I literally could barely do one rep. Was huffing and puffing! Am a 71-yr old woman and very out of shape, but kept trying, and after only a week am able to comfortably do ten reps at a time! It’s in my living room and I get on it whenever I get up for something. Am up to 100/day in reps of ten throughout the day. Some reviews say it doesn't work out your tummy, but I don't agree. It is a quick & fantastic workout for thighs, butt, arms, shoulders & tummy. Just tighten your ab muscles while using it and you will feel it in your tummy. Highly recommend! You wont be disappointed. Oh, and the pink is so cute! 😊
