I love this squat machine. It was relatively easy to put together, and works smoothly. it also folds up and stores easily. I only use one band currently and started by doing 20 squats, 3 times per day. i am currently doing 25 squats 3 times a day. I actually have considered buying one for my daughter once she gets settled into her new place. Very worth it for those who are disciplined to exercise. otherwise, it'll be a shirt rack.

Mostly put together, watch videos if you need to but I put the few pieces together that weren’t already while talking on the phone! I keep mine out until great grands come over & then I fold it & store out of their way. I’m 69+ and I use mine in 8 minute increments x3/per day. I am using only one resistance band and will likely progress to two, then three. So far, I like this because I can tell that I work my core as well as arms and legs. I do wear my Skechers because otherwise I have foot issues - none so long as I wear these! So for privacy and ease of use, sturdiness, results, and aid to help bring down sugar levels - this is a great machine. For once, I made a great choice first time around!

i love this squat "machine". i wanted to tone up and gain some glutes. i know i would never do free squats but once i got this it helps me get motivated. You get a full body workout . abs, arms legs ,glutes ,and back. it will make you want to work out. it arrived in a box that was somewhat heavy but it was very easy to assemble it took maybe a the max 20 min no tools needed however it does come with a Allen wrench, hex key, or hex wrench which ever you wan to call it. the box says it holds up to 300 pounds. it also comes with a tracker that keep track of your time and squats. i feel the tracker is cheap you cant reset it so you will have to subtract the previous number of Squats with the new one. its quiet so it wont disturb downstairs neighbors or sleeping family .

Easy to put together and use. Its not bulky and heavy either. I’m not exactly a fan of the counter, it may grow on me if it seems accurate. 10/10 recommend for older and/or overweight as it’s very comfortable seating and easy on the knees. Deal for the price and worth it quality wise. If you’re on the fence, just get it it’s worth it.
