I keep mine out until great grands come over & then I fold it & store out of their way. I’m 69+ and I use mine in 8 minute increments x3/per day. I am using only one resistance band and will likely progress to two, then three. So far, I like this because I can tell that I work my core as well as arms and legs. I do wear my Skechers because otherwise I have foot issues - none so long as I wear these! So for privacy and ease of use, sturdiness, results, and aid to help bring down sugar levels - this is a great machine. For once, I made a great choice first time around!

I love this machine! It works almost every muscle. You can position your feet on the pedals and it works different parts of your leg and arm muscles. Highly recommend! It works your arms as well. Same thing if you position your arms in different positions it will work each muscle. They invented a great machine! Love it

If you don't want to go to the gym and time is limited, then this machine is for you. It can be stored anywhere, and the exercise is worth it. You really use all your muscles and sculpt your body. Give it 90 days and you will see a difference despite size. You will definitely feel the burn all over but it's worth the price.

Easy to put together and great quality product. At first I couldn’t pull it up and do a squat…thought I did something wrong, nope just weak! Once I removed the elastics I was able to do a full squat. One thing that the other reviews have said that I don’t agree with…it’s not easy on the knees. I felt a lot of knee strain. I made the seat higher and that seemed to help, but if you have bad knees you may want to try a different type of machine.
