At first when I opened the box I was overwhelmed by the amount of parts, but soon realized every part is labeled clearly with a number and the assembly steps are were easy to follow. At this price, it’s hard to beat. It shipped via FedEx and arrived 4 days early. It arrived on leg day so I had to get it assembled so I could work out. The assembly from the time I cut the bands on the box until it was completely assembled was about 45 minutes. This included unwrapping and inspecting the parts for damage. There was a little damage to the powder coating on the main frame piece from shipping, but nothing structural. One piece of advice I would give is to not over tighten the nylon lock nuts. Too much torque will bend the square tubing, reducing the structural integrity. All in all it’s a good leg extension maching. I was torn between this and the one that lats flat for leg curls, but I can do standing leg curls with this one. Not a deal breaker, especially since I would need to spend an extra $100+ to get that functionality. I believe this one will work just fine and it is well made. I do see the leg pads needing changed out every year or so. The foam padding isn’t that dense so it will end up collapsing under heavy load eventually. For the max capacity, I will never personally need to go that high, but if you do, you won’t be able to use bumper plates. The weight arm is rather short. On a positive note, the handles are a vital feature for me. The leg extension machine I am replacing didn’t have them and it was difficult staying in the seat once you hit 130 pounds or so. So if you need a reliable, sturdy leg extension machine with leg curl features and hip thrust features, this fits the bill.

Overall, a good machine for working legs. Nice , smooth operation and very sturdy. Assembly was fairly easy, no issues. The only negatives, you have to work one exercise sequence at a time due to the process of switching between curls and extensions; changing weights is a little awkward when doing curls because you are basically locked in place. Size wise, the unit has a lot of adjustability, but barely fits my 6’ frame. So, if you are taller than 6’, proceed with caution.

Pros: This thing is awesome. Very well built and easy to assemble. No cheap, crappy hardware or allen screws. Feels very smooth. Takes up a very small footprint. I'm extremely satisfied and it exceeds my expectations. Cons: A couple caveats. I'm 5'11 and about 205 lbs with a tiny butt. I feel that if I were a few inches taller, my body wouldn't line up well to the ankle pads at all. My wife is 5'2 and it barely lines up for her. If you're quite plump, the butt pads would be too narrow. I recommend looking at something different if you're shorter than 5'2, taller than 6'1, or super thiccccc.

Great compact and versatile machine. Sturdy and well made. Not commercial-grade gym level, but it's not meant for that. Price point is great, and it's solid for leg curls & extensions. It's not included in their marketing, but I can do hip thrusts on it, as well as well as glute kick backs. It's maybe not 100% designed for these exercises, but it works and adds another possible use for it in the home gym. I'm not particularly engineering-inclined, but I was able to assemble this by myself (took me a couple hours, but could be done much faster if you're more versed in assembling things like this.) Huge shout out to their packaging engineers. Everything was well marked & labeled for assembly, and was securely padded/protected for shipping. Takes up minimal floor space and I'm using it daily in my workouts. Highly recommend.

It took me under 2 hours to assemble. With electric tools you can probably do it in an hour. Their customer service was outstanding as well. Super impressed with this company.

I would say it's worth the money overall. Only issue I have had is when adding my weight and doing leg extensions the padded bar on my shins seem to go a little crooked due to the weight but it gets the job done. I will also say a bigger issue is that the first part of the rep is much easier than the second part but that's not fault of the equipment as that's just physics by using a weight plated loaded machine and not cables. I will say the amount of adjustable parts is outstanding and for the leg holders it's really easy to add and take off. I would recommend this to anyone starting their own home gym.
