I’ve been using this for a little over a month now. I started out at 252lbs and it handles my right just fine. I have a joint disorder so I have to do low impact exercises and this is perfect since regular squats are rough on my hyper-mobile joints. It’s sturdy but you do have to tighten the adjusting knob on the handles after heavy use, but once you tighten it, it’s fine for weeks. I use my machine 10-30 mins per day. It’s a great work out for your back, legs, glutes, and even your arms a bit. It’s quieter than I expected it to be. It was easy to assemble by one adult male. I love that it folds up. It fits in my closet and under bed easily. Definitely recommend as a home machine for someone who is just starting exercise!

I am a very large, but very short woman, and I was worried this would be a bad fit for me but it was easy to put together and once I did, I adjusted the settings (also easy) and it was actually very comfortable to use! I am very out of shape, and one thing I don’t like about treadmills is having to stop, get off the treadmill to sit down, and then I don’t want to get back up. But with this machine, I can stay on it when I need to rest a little, and then I just get back to exercising when I’m ready! It’s very intense if you’re not used to it but I love it. I feel like this is a huge bargain for the money, and it was totally worth taking the risk!

Compact, easy to use & provides a great workout. If you have non-carpeted floors, I would suggest foot guards on the 4 corners & place on a yoga mat.

All and all it good, however the nuts 🔩 don’t fit the handlebars so they are very lose and wobble so I have to go get new ones to secure. If it was not for the handlebars this would be an easy 10 so with that being said I will have to give a 6 out of 10 since I can’t use right away.
