This is so awesome and I highly recommend this ab excersis equipment. I love it! It's also easy to assemble and it's not uncomfortable like I was wondering if it would be or not but it's really great and I highly recommend this.

I may re-rate this later after I get a better feel for using this. It is more sturdy than expected. I bought it to use with my Max Pro because I thought that I could combine it, kneel on the seat and twist to work the obliques. This hasn't worked out so well. Using it as designed is awkward because it lacks back support. I will play with it some more and report back once I get a feel for what I can do with this contraption.

I got this because I have seen it on social media, and I wanted to try it out. Who doesn't want a stronger core?! It was easy to finish assembling and works well but it's just not for me. I thought I would pull it out more when I am watching tv, but I don't find myself gravitating to this one. You do need a bit of balance to get started, so if you're not very strong in your core, it might be quite a challenge and feel unsteady at first. It won't collapse on you, just keep it up. I think I don't love it because I've been seeing great results from my personal trainer that I don't need it.
