My PROS and CONS for these protective boots. PROS: - Comfortable. They fit great (true to size) and feel good so if the conditions required they be worn all day I could easily do so. - Rubberized outside goes up almost 10 inches from tread and rises in the front and back. Excellent seems for waterproof protection. Neoprene throughout offers additional assurance of keeping feet dry. - Steel toe adds that extra shell for the toes and unlike some boots it does not feel like I am chopping off my toes when I take a step. - There is a lip on the back heel to help leverage off the boots if necessary. - The tread is deep and appears it will grip well in mud and slop. - Tightening strap at top of boot was easy to pull and latch. CONS: - Unknown durability. Seams appear tight and solid but it will take some harsh condition road testing to see if they will hold up. I will have to update once weather becomes conducive to durability testing. ... show more

Thick heavy boots made for a variety of uses. The build quality seems very good, and the sizing is correct. The neoprem is much thicker than others in the same category which is great. The steel toe is indeed also thick gauge as the boots are quite heavy. Overall I think the build quality and tight stitching make for more of a professional boot. That being said these are also $80 retail at the moment. Someone that needs proper protection for their work would definitely benefit from these. ... show more
