I like this dumbbell set and think they are very nice quality along with being versatile. The pair adjusts from 2 to 6 pounds, which makes them a good option for lightweight arm exercises such as front raises and side raises. The rubberized handles are a nice feature and provide a comfortable grip while exercising. They feel well made, and I expect them to hold up well with regular use. My main issue is that I find it a little difficult to twist off the sections when I want to adjust the weight. It takes some effort to get them loosened and changed. I also think $39.99 for the pair is on the high side. Overall, I do like these dumbbells and find them useful for lighter workouts, but I would prefer an easier adjustment mechanism and a lower price. So, ease of use is not so good.

I have been checking out adjustable dumbbells and kettlebells starting from 2 lbs and up. This pair is exactly what I need and wanted. Some people may think 2 lbs is too light. They may want to start with 6 lbs or even 8 lbs. I understand this reasoning, because when you lift a 6 lbs dumbbell, you may not feel much at first. However, imagine lifting it dozens of times during a workout, you may want a lighter one to warm up first, and different muscle groups, like shoulders and triceps, may also need to start with a lighter weight. These dumbbells come at 5 lbs each and are easy to adjust, just unscrew and add or remove weight plates. The lowest setting is 2 lbs each. Another thing I would like to highlight is the dotted texture on the handles, which makes them non slip. Now I just keep them around my desk in my home office for convenient exercise. I'm looking forward to place some for my office and other locations.

This is a really nice adjustable set of plastic dumbbells. They look in person exactly like they do in the photos. They weight is as listed (from 2lb to 6 in 1lb increments). The adjustments are very easy to make. Swapping out the weight plates is far easier on these than it is with those locking collars. The dumbbells are reasonably well made. They're steel cores wrapped in fairly hard plastic. As long as you're not slamming them down on the ground or anything like that, the plastic should last for quite a while. I'm using these for Heavyhands panaerobics and they seems to function really well for that. Being able to easily adjust the weight in 0.5lbs increments is really useful for that. They feel nice in my hands, and they don't make any noise while I'm swinging them around. I have some minor concerns about how well the weight plate locking mechanism will hold up over the years (it's just interlocking plastic), but I think it'll be fine in the near term. Recommended.

These weights are very unique and not just because they’re pink! The weights are 1/2 pound each so you can start small and work your way up to heavier or add more reps. They have a nice feel and an easy grip. These are good for anyone who wants to strengthen muscles in hands, arms and use certain exercises for tightening abs as well. As we get older some strength in our hands seems to be less adept at our normal tasks like opening a jar or a twist off top. That’s why I like to do hand and arm exercises to get a little stronger and to maintain what I have. The .5 pound weights are easy to arrange. Each one can screw off or on depending upon the desired weight. The end weight is removed to add or subtract weights. It is so easy! Just take a round interior weight , place on top of the end, press into place and turn clockwise. The square shape has stability and makes rolling unlikely.

These adjustable hand weights are a great space-saving option for a home gym. I ordered the pink set, and they look perfect with my pink yoga mat, which is a fun bonus! The adjustment system is easy to use. The two outer weight plates come off together, while the inner plates can be removed one at a time, making it simple to customize the weight for different exercises. Once the plates are attached, they click securely into place, so I never worry about them coming loose while I'm working out. I accidentally dropped one of the weight plates while setting it up, and the end cap popped off. Fortunately, it snapped right back into place with no issues, and the weight was good as new. At the full 6-pound setting, they have a nice solid feel, and I really appreciate not having to keep multiple sets of dumbbells around. Having one adjustable set that can be several different weights saves space and makes switching between exercises quick and convenient. Overall, these are well-designed, secure, and a great addition to a home workout routine.
