It has been 5 degrees F the past few mornings walking my dog. This coat has kept me warm. I'm 6'3 and 235 pounds. I have worn a hoodie underneath it and the XL is comfortable for me. The sleeves are long enough for me. The zippers seem a little flimsy but they work. The pockets are nice. My cellphone will fit in the outside chest pocket.
