The value of these sheets is undeniable, and while I’ve had a lot of success using it for my projects, I have had some problems. First of all, MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE FILM ON TOP BEFORE CUTTING! Not doing so will ruin your cut, and I believe is the reason so many people have problems weeding. I know this because a few sheets in my set have the protective film on, but no matter what I do I can’t get it off! I destroyed a majority of the green sheet trying. I attempted cutting with it to still use the colors, and the difference between cutting, weeding, and applying this vinyl with the film off and with the film off is night and day! If you can get it off, you’ll have success! If not, the sheet is a total waste (unless you’re putting it in a flat surface, in which case if you can get it cut and weeded it should apply alright... it’s just a struggle!) ... show more

Very glossy, nice holographic effect, predominately green color, with some blue specks too. Kind of a blue-green that is mostly green. NOTE: It did not have any sort of removeable film over the top as some reviewers have claimed. Cuts and weeds perfectly on my Chinese sign cutter. It's hard to tell from the reflection of the light on the vinyl... This vinyl tears easily when weeding it (see first picture) It bubbles up when removing it from your mat and I have a well worn out mat (see picture 2) Picture 3 shows "scratch lines" randomly going through it. Not impressed for the money spent. The vinyl is extremely thin/flimsy. There are no grid marks on the back to cut straight or to judge the amount you will need (break out your rulers and paper cutters). There is a plastic film on top that you need to remove so cut your section then remove the film so you can protect the rest as it doesn't re-adhere. When you remove it from your cutting mat it tends to bubble do I had to go over it lightly with the scrapper to push the air bubbles out. Not meant for intricate designs. I am using it for the background/offset to large thick letters... Super bummed. ... show more

This is beautiful sparkly vinyl. The only issues is lack on information informing you that there’s a film cover & it needs to be removed before cutting. Also the pressure settings on your machine needs to be adjusted to cut deeper. There was no info on that.

Pros: - It is absolutely gorgeous! This is some of the prettiest vinyl I have ever had the displeasure of working with. - It cuts out really well. As long as the settings on your vinyl plotter are set properly, it will cut beautifully. Cons: - It is very thick. Weeding was awful quite difficult because of that. - Think of the scene in Matilda where Danny DeVito's hat is super glued to his head... You're going to need some transfer tape with that level of adhesion to get it up without a fight. ... show more

This is the worst waste of money I've ever spent. It does not work with the medium grip map, like all other metallic vinyl does. When I pulled it off the mat, it detached from the backing. So, I was like okay, not ideal but not a deal breaker. I used the light grip mat, and weeded on the mat. But in that process, this vinyl is so delicate, that it tears as you're trying to pull it back. It was just a mess I wish I had taken pictures before I frustratedly threw the projects away. While I really like most of this vinyl, for whatever reason the green sheet would not cut. I changed blades, increased pressure and tried different settings. It was only the green sheet. The rest were fine and looked great!
